How To Use:
1. Scrub your lips to remove any dead skin and reveal the soft layers below.
2. Apply a light layer of balm as you do the rest of your makeup or hair. This will hydrate the lips and plump those top layers.
3. Before apply Liquid Matte Lipstick blot your balm off your lips with a paper towel/tissue.
4. Line your lips with a lip liner
5. Apply the matte lip color on your bottom lip first. Do not press your lips together as it can become streaky or patchy.
